David Brown is Visiting Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Wolverhampton and National Policy Adviser (Schools) for the DfE's Commissioning Support Programme. He is Head of Education/Children's Services for PIPC Consultants, was one of the first Executive Headteachers, and then Director of Education Children's Services, and has written extensively on new leadership models developing in the sector in the UK and internationally.
