Mr Gordon joined the company as Operations Manager in 1995, and has held appointments as Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed Chief Executive in January 2004. Prior to joining Healthcare at Home, he spent 18 years as a pilot in the Royal Air Force where he attained the rank of Wing Commander. As well as flying he held appointments as a staff officer in Berlin and the Ministry of Defence in London. He is a graduate of the Army Advanced Staff College Course and of the University of Leeds where he studied Economics and Management.
