Dr Mike Grady
Mike Grady is Senior Research Fellow at University College, London with the Marmot Review Team supporting the strategic review of health inequalities post 2010.
He worked as an NHS Chief Executive and Chief Officer in a large Metropolitan Authority. He has an impressive record in leading successful and innovative teams and delivering on service improvement, community development and health inequalities
Mike has a M.A in Social and Community Work and a Doctorate from Middlesex University exploring Leadership and specifically the impact of community leadership in improving health and wellbeing.
He is an Expert Advisor to the Centre for Public Scrutiny and the WHO Healthy Cities network.
He is also Senior Lecturer at Leeds Institute of Health Sciences Department of Epidemiology and Public Health Research.
His research interests include community development, empowerment and health inequality.
