Philippa has worked as a freelance evaluator in the public sector since 1990, working for, amongst others, the Audit Commission, Evaluation Trust , NDTi and many voluntary sector organisations. In the past 10 years she has specialised in service user involvement and ran the original SEEDS (Survivors Empowering & Educating Domestic Abuse services) project in South Somerset in 2002. Since then she has conducted further research of survivor views across the South West and helped set up and run 4 further SEEDS groups in Torbay, Plymouth, Devon and North Somerset.
