Karen Grayson is a Policy Manager at the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She is developing the Commission’s strategic approach to tackling VAWG, based on its role as a modern regulator promoting equality, human rights and good relations. She looks forward to discussing the Commission’s proposals with delegates and learning from their contributions. Karen joined the Commission for Racial Equality, a predecessor to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, in 2006. She previously worked in public policy at Transport for London. Outside work, Karen is Chair of Wish (A Voice for Women’s Mental Health).
