Mary Bolch, Director of Workforce Skills, has worked at Chichester College for eight years. She joined to lead on all aspects of Workforce Skills and has used her considerable experience from roles in both the Public and Private Sectors to significantly grow and develop work based learning in FE. She is currently responsible for all contracts including Apprentices, Train to Gain, Unemployed Contracts, External Funding and Commercial. In addition she manages the Construction and Engineering curriculum.
