Wim is the Programme Director for the Postgraduate Certificate in Shared Services at the Faculty of Business and Management of Canterbury Christ Church University, as well as the Faculty’s Director of Business Consultancy. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science and a PhD in Technology Management, both from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. His 15 year career has seen him move from research and teaching in the Netherlands, to private sector and government consultancy for KPMG in Malta, to a combined portfolio of research, teaching and consultancy in the UK. Along the way he has developed a particular interest in entrepreneurship, innovation management and risk management, and the successful application of these disciplines in both private sector and public sector business processes.
