South Cambridgeshire Challenge
Challenge 4 concerns the successful delivery of ‘more for less’, through lower cost access channels including self-service, e-communications (such as web-chat, social media and email) and text message, as well as maintaining a commitment to provide face-to-face and telephone contact.
Candidates are required to develop an: innovative Channel Shift strategy, outlining high-level vision and approach and an ambitious action plan to support this.
These should be specific to South Cambridgeshire and its customer profile, ensuring the Council continues to meet its responsibilities to customers with higher levels of need.
